I forked a live AI agent three ways, and every copy came up with its web server already running

An agent built an app inside a DigitalOcean Managed Agents microVM. I checkpointed it, forked it three ways, screenshotted every branch, then deleted the app and rolled back in 5.6 seconds. The process I had killed came back at the same PID.
